Do more! Be better! Work harder! Did I mention Do More?!

The world tells us that to be significant as a woman we need to be uber-capable, multi tasking whirlwinds of productivity as we gently but firmly raise our children, keep the home fires burning and dominate in the business world – all while maintaining our flawless makeup, fashionable clothing and toned body!

Is this really what God asks of us?

We would love you to join us as we set aside time from the busyness of life to explore God’s imprint on us, and on the world around us. Who does God say we are?

Our Speakers and Workshop Leaders include:

Ngaire Cameron

Ngaire is an Elder and Worship Leader at St. David’s Presbyterian Church, Invercargill; and is very proud of her family of 3 happily married children and 7 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to see people released into their God-given potential and living as true Sons and Daughters of the living God.

A Journey with Jane Laurie: A Journey of Hope and Transformation.

Southland born and bred, married to Peter and the mother of two adult children and Granny to two grandchildren. She lives in Wallacetown and worked for TEAR Fund for 15 years until six years when she took the first steps of a new journey establishing the NZ  ministry of Fountain of Peace Children’s Foundation; an exciting child focused, community based programme helping orphaned and abandoned children in Uganda.

Steph Redhead

Steph is a capable, entertaining, and challenging writer, speaker, and preacher of the Bible. She is passionate about seeing women rise up, step out, and be brave enough to embrace their life and live it with authenticity and purpose. Her background is in youth ministry where she has worked as a youth pastor and then as a youth advisor in both national and regional capacities. Steph is now the Founder and Director of BraveGirl and is on a mission to strengthen the women of the world so they can live their lives with courage and confidence no matter what circumstances they are facing.

A craft activity with Charlotte Cameron

Charlotte is on the staff here at Hope Presbyterian and helps look after our Hornby Playgroup and Templeton Tots.
